About us
I’ve worked in hospitality ever since I finished my Tourism studies, managing hotels in Italy before opening the Hocus Pocus Tiny Hotel in the heart of York in 2022.
I love welcoming guests and offering not just a place to sleep, but a memorable, themed experience.
I’ve been an Airbnb Superhost since 2018, when I opened my first themed property, Harry Potterzzz Mansion.
My other spaces, Transylvania House and Wednesday’s Family, both consistently score above 9 on Booking.com.

Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am
Please be respectful of other guests in the property. This is a home, not a hotel, so we ask for a calm and considerate atmosphere.
No smoking:
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property.
No parties:
Parties or events are not permitted.
Parking:
There are 2 dedicated parking spaces on the drive. Please park considerately so that guests in the ground floor flat can access the property via the back gate. Do not park on the walking path and, if your car is too large for the drive, please park on the street instead.
